The Delaware Access to Justice Commission issued reports on Monday September 18 reflecting the results of 2 years worth of study regarding Efficient Delivery and Adequate Funding of Legal Services for the Poor, Judicial Branch Coordination in Helping Pro Se Litigants, and Promoting Greater Private Sector Representation of Underserved Litigants.
The recommendations are now being evaluated for feasibility by implementation committees.
