CCJ Receives Grant from DE Bar Foundation

May 24, 2017 by Lisa Lessner

CCJ is pleased to announce it has received a $7850 grant from the Delaware Bar Foundation. These funds will support the creation of the new CCJ website, development of new marketing materials, and expansion of social media marketing capabilities.

We are truly grateful for the support of the Delaware Bar Foundation. This grant will enable us to build awareness about the services provided to Delaware’s most vulnerable populations by the three nonprofit legal services agencies supported by CCJ.  – Carmella Keener, lead chair of the 2017 CCJ Campaign.

Since 1999, CCJ has been a coordinated approach to fundraising to support Community Legal Aid Society, Inc., Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, Inc. and Legal Services Corporation of Delaware. Together these agencies provide statewide and coordinated civil legal representation to domestic violence victims, people facing eviction, people with disabilities, and disadvantaged people facing cases of exploitation and fraud.
