Congratulations to CLASI and its Executive Director, Dan Atkins, for being named one of Delaware’s best small business (under 100 employees) workplaces, and first of all the nonprofits that participated in the anonymous employee survey process. The employee survey seeks responses on issues like whether new ideas are encouraged, do employees feel appreciated, does their boss care about concerns and foster growth and are they confident in company leadership.
