“Joe”, a Vietnam veteran, owns his manufactured home but rents the lot in a manufactured home park. Joe’s landlord miscalculated manufactured home relocation fees, significantly overstating what Joe owed. After attempting unsuccessfully to resolve this on his own with the landlord, Joe withheld rent. The landlord then attempted to evict him and sued for possession of the lot.
